Day 1
Then we head forward to the 4-star hotel Catalina Suites in the middle of the fantastic old town of cultural Valencia!
Here we take a short break for enjoy a welcome drink in the hotel bar with information before check-in!
After a short stop that take us to enjoy this once-in-a-lifetime experience in a Valencian farmhouse, where the real star of the activity is you. Experienced teachers will guide you through each step of the preparation of an authentic Valencian paella. In the process they will reveal many myths, traditions, and secret tips and special techniques necessary for the preparation of this popular and internationally famous Spanish dish. The country house, known as “Casa del Riuet”, The old farmhouse is ideally situated between rice paddies, and the beautiful scenery introduces you to the real Valencian environment. It is the ideal space for cooking your paella and enjoying the delights of the area.
After we have explored and get experts in Paella kitchen we go back to the hotel for some relax and time for your own.
When we arrived to the hotel we meet up in the hotel bar for a cocktail!
After some relaxing time take it us forward to the city of Valencia to enjoy a tasting menu with 10 tapas and wines in stone caves with a fantastic environment.
Here after, the evening ends and we make our way back to the hotel for a good night´s sleep!
Day 2
Do you start the day with an exclusive breakfast with a large selection in its lovely surroundings!
Then we start the journey up the mountains to the village of Requena with the amazing history and experience of producing wine since 2500 years ago, which is the highest mountain in the entire Costa Blanca region.
Where we have our first wine tasting at Hoya bodega where three different types of wine are served with local Spanish cheeses and sausages.
After a visit to Hoya, we go to the famous local Michelin restaurant La Posada for lunch and included 2 glasses of wine per person.
We are ready to check in at the hotel Los Canilleros in the middle of the small village! In the immediate area with a short walking distance in the idyllic buildings!
After a relaxing break, we are ready to move on to our next wine tasting, held at Bodegas Murviedro. Three different wines and a Cava are served here with Spanish tapas delicacies of course! After the wine tasting we go to the hotel for a much needed break!
After a short break we go to the recommended Michelin restaurant Yantar for a two-course dinner including two glasses of wine per person and a good atmosphere with many different tastes from the local Requena of food and wines from our visit "of course"
Here after we return to the hotel and day 2 is over.
Day 3
The morning starts with an exclusive breakfast with a large selection of delicious sets in its very special surroundings that give a fantastic feeling! After breakfast, check-out and departure to Valencia again!
