A booking is binding as soon as it is confirmed and the guest has received a booking number. This is given in writing. Upon booking, a confirmation message is sent, but if no confirmation is provided, the guest must notify The Wine Atmosphere immediately.
On receipt of the booking confirmation, the guest must check that all details are correct. It is the guest's responsibility that the information in the booking confirmation is correct. The Wine Atmosphere reserves itself for possible spelling errors.
Generally
The Wine Atmosphere, mediates the sale and execution of wine tours. When booking trips through The Wine Atmosphere, the following conditions apply:
You and The Wine Atmosphere agree on the terms of the booking. Unless a special agreement has been made, the following rules apply specifically as they do in this booking and other booking rules do not apply to this booking.
Consent to privacy policy
By booking a trip or purchasing a gift card and submitting personal information to The Wine Atmosphere, the guest consents to
The Wine Atmosphere's Privacy Policy and Website Terms. Guests can withdraw their consent at any time, but guests should be aware that withdrawing consent does not affect activities that can be done without consent (eg providing services ordered by guests).
This may result in the Services not working as intended or The Wine Atmosphere being unable to provide them. In case of cancellation due to withdrawal of consent, already confirmed cancellation rules apply.
The hotel's commitments
In the event of any complaint, the guest must immediately notify The Wine Atmosphere staff. The Wine Atmosphere cannot provide a change that matches the guest's booking confirmation. The guest is entitled to the equivalent or better of a similar standard at no extra cost.
Guaranteed booking
All bookings must be guaranteed with a valid payment. Non-refundable only bookings are guaranteed when the booking has been paid in full.
If the booking is not guaranteed, The Wine Atmosphere reserves the right to cancel the booking without informing the guest.
Binding agreement
The agreement comes into force and is binding when the fee is paid. The guest is responsible for carefully checking that the information in the booking confirmation is correct. If payment is not made, a formal cancellation is therefore considered to have been made.
Rules for payment
Booking must be paid within 48 hours after booking is completed. Method of payment appears in the booking confirmation send by email.
Rules for rebooking
The guest does not have the right to make a rebooking for another trip.
Your own wishes
Please indicate your preferences when making a reservation to ensure that The Wine Atmosphere is informed according to your wishes and can prepare your trip in the best possible way for you.
Smoking
Most areas today are smoke-free. All our areas are non-smoking unless otherwise stated. For more information please ask the staff on site. In case of violation of the smoking ban, The Wine Atmosphere has the right to charge the guest for a cost of 1000 EURO.
Pets
Not allowed. In case of violation of the non-pet rules, The Wine Atmosphere has the right to charge the guest a cost of 1,000 EURO.
Food
If you have special dietary requirements (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.), please inform The Wine Atmosphere when booking to create the best experience just for you.
No Show
No refund will be made if the guest does not show up on the day of arrival.
Cancellation cover The Wine Atmosphere does not offer cancellation cover but advises guests to contact their own insurance if sudden illness, accident or death results in the holiday having to be cancelled. There are several insurance companies that offer cancellation cover as an add-on to family home insurance. Specialized travel insurance companies such as European, World Nomads and others.
Contract changes
The Wine Atmosphere has the right to adjust prices up to 60 days before the start of the rental period if; taxes, fees or exchange rates change so that the confirmed booking is significantly affected. If the prices are increased by 10% or more, the guest has the right to cancel the reservation free of charge within five days of receiving the information. Any fees are refunded within 7 days to the guest.
Force majeure
Force majeure refers to an unforeseen event of an extraordinary nature that precludes the possibility of fulfilling the contract entered into. These events include war, riot, strike, natural disaster, fire, imposed international laws or national regulations that limit or make it impossible for either party to fulfill its obligations. The Wine Atmosphere is not responsible for damages or losses arising from unforeseen events.
