Day 1

Then we go to the 5-star hotel Hospes Palau de La Mar in the middle of the fantastic old town of cultural Valencia. Here we take a short break for enjoy a welcome drink in the hotel bar with information before check-in!

Then we go down to the old town to the most talked about paella restaurant Gomes with good wines and good company.

There, three different paellas are served at the table with a bottle of wine for 2 people.

After lunch, you will experience the old town of Valencia! Get to know one of the city's most popular attractions and then immerse yourself in an exquisite and original gastronomic experience.  With a guided visit of the City of Arts and Sciences, a complex of buildings composed of an opera house, a museum, a cinema, a planetarium, and more. The tour is a rich architectural and cultural experience…

Following the tour, you'll head to the rooftop to see panoramic views of Valencia.  Here, indulge in a selection of wine tasting and locally-sourced tapas, accompanied by a spectacular 270º view of Valencia’s city skyline and the City of Arts and Sciences complex itself.

Day 2

Do you start the day with an exclusive breakfast with a large selection in its lovely surroundings!

Then we start the journey up into the mountains to the village of Requena with the amazing history and experience of producing wine since 2500 years ago, which is the highest mountain in the entire Costa Blanca region.

Where we have our first wine tasting at Hoya bodega where three different types of wine are served with local Spanish cheeses and sausages.

After a visit to Hoya, we go to the famous local Michelin restaurant La Posada for lunch and included 2 glasses of wine per person.

In the immediate area with a short walking distance in the idyllic buildings, we are ready to check in at Hotel Los Canilleros and Hotel Dõna Anita in the middle of the small village Requena!

After a relaxing break, we are ready to move on to our next wine tasting, which is being held

Bodegas Murviedro. Three different wines and a Cava are served here with Spanish tapas delicacies of course!

After the wine tasting we go to the hotel for a much needed break!

Before we move on to the evening's dinner, Cava is served with mingling from the local area!

After some mingling, we go to the recommended Michelin restaurant Yantar for a two-course dinner including two glasses of wine per person and a good atmosphere with many different flavors from the local Requena of food and wines from our visit "of course"

Here after we return to the hotel and day 2 is over.

Day 3

Sleep in the morning for those who want. The breakfast is served by the host with his local products in a quiet environment at the hotel.

After this we go down the mountains back to Valencia's old quarter, where we check into the hotel Hospes Palau de La Mar.

After a short follow-up, you will have the opportunity to explore Valencia and have some time of your own to relax!

The Wine Atmosphere will provide all participants with a small map with description and recommendations on a small walking tour that can be

self-guided and enjoy the Valencia city in its entirety!

We all gather and take a short walk to the classic Spanish tapas restaurant Sagardi in the middle of the old town with its rustic decor and setting!

Where a glass of Cava is served before we start with a tasting menu with 5 courses and two glasses of wine per person.

Day 3 is over and we hope everyone had a good trip and wish you a good night's sleep!

Day 4

The morning begins with an exclusive breakfast with a large selection of delicious sets in their very special settings that give a fantastic feeling!

After breakfast there is check-out and departure and the trip is over! We at The Wine Atmosphere hope you had a pleasant trip with many pleasant memories to take home and created many new friendships on the road! We at The Wine Atmosphere hope to see you again soon!
